Sustainability is integrated into our operational structure through the systematic use of intermodal transport, collaboration with certified rail operators, and full traceability of generated emissions.
On the Milan–Duisburg route, the main leg is carried out via the European rail network, while road transport is limited exclusively to the first and last mile.
This configuration allows for a measurable reduction in emissions compared to long-distance road-only transport.

At the end of each year, the rail operators we collaborate with provide us with official certification of CO₂ emissions related to transports carried out on this route on behalf of Base International.

• Compare the environmental impact with full truck transport
• Provide clients with verified and transparent data
